Energy Outreach Colorado
- Energy Outreach Colorado: Energy Outreach Colorado brings together a network of industry, state and local partners to support, stabilize, and sustain Coloradans to afford their energy needs. Its programs include: bill payment assistance, heating system repair/replacement, energy efficiency upgrades, energy education, and access to state programs (such as LEAP) that work in partnership with their services.

Energy Resource Center
- As a non-profit construction company, ERC provides free energy efficiency improvements for income-qualified residents of Colorado. Provides energy upgrades to income-qualified families. Visit the Colorado Energy Assistance & Services website or call (719) 591-0772 to learn more.
Health & Human Service Information & Referral
Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)
- The Low Income Energy Assistance Program is designed to help low-income households with winter home heating costs. It is not intended to pay the entire cost of home heating.
- Applications will be accepted beginning November 1 and will be processed as long as funding is available. To apply, visit the LEAP website or call (866) 432-8435.

Other Assistance – Operation Round Up
- Assistance is available for members who qualify through an MVEA program called Operation Round Up. While this program cannot pay your electric bill, it can help provide funds to pay your other monthly expenses. Operation Round Up funds stay right here in the MVEA service territory. The program serves the needs of the people dealing with catastrophic situations that prevent them from sustaining basic needs.
