At Mountain View Electric Association (MVEA), we recognize the indispensable role that our Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional members play in shaping the vitality of our communities. In response to their distinct energy requirements, we have developed the Key Accounts Program—an initiative designed to offer attentive, specialized assistance to businesses and organizations with complex operational needs.

Our mission is straightforward: to serve as your trusted energy partner, supporting you in managing your consumption, preparing for tomorrow’s challenges, and ensuring your operations remain dependable and efficient.

What is a Key Account?

Key Accounts are members whose energy use, community impact, or specialized needs require a more personalized approach. These often include:

  • Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional facilities.
  • Businesses with high energy demand or complex usage patterns.
  • Organizations that play an important role in local economic growth.

As your dedicated Key Accounts representative, Tara is your direct connection to MVEA. She is available to:

  • Review accounts and provide customized usage reports
  • Assist with commercial rebates and incentive programs
  • Help with billing questions and usage concerns
  • Provide outage notifications and updates
  • Offer guidance on rates, energy programs, and renewable options
  • Coordinate new construction or facility upgrades
  • Connect members with economic development resource

  • Energy Consultations – Guidance on rates, demand-side management, and renewable options
  • Billing Analysis – Reports to help manage energy costs and usage
  • Construction Support – Assistance with facility expansions and new projects
