Summary of Credits & Charges
All bills are due and payable 14 days after they are issued, except as specified by rate schedules and contracts. Mountain View Electric Association, Inc. service charges are determined by our rules and regulations as approved by the Board of Directors. Credits and charges are as follows:

**After Office Hours are Monday through Friday, 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
