Incentive

• $50/unit when replacing propane or natural gas water heater.
• $50/unit for demand-response capable or member-managed water heater.
• $30/unit for new construction

Product Guidelines

• 30-gallon minimum size requirement.
• Electric resistance units must meet one of the following:
  • Replacing propane or natural gas.
  • New Construction.
  • Heat-pump water heaters must be ENERGY STAR® certified.
• Itemized receipt required.

Air-Source Heat Pump Water Heater

Incentive

• $350/unit

Rebates Program Requirements and Information

• Must be an MVEA member.
• Rebate requests take 4-8 weeks to process and will reflect on your MVEA bill as a credit.
• Rebates are for new product purchases only.
• Applications must be submitted within 90 days of purchase date.
• You must provide an itemized sales receipt showing the model number, proof of payment, and the breakout of equipment and labor if applicable.
• Rebate program and products are subject to change at any time without notice.
