Evaporative Cooler Rebates

An evaporative cooler is a device that cools through the evaporation of water via integrated water media pad(s) and a fan. For any interpretation on the qualification of an item as a whole house fan, please email MVEA’s Energy Services Team.

  • $200/unit
Product & Application Requirements:
  • Itemized receipt required.
  • Product make and model information.
  • Electric motor make & model information if not integrated with air-handler assembly.
  • Minimum airflow of 2,500 CFM.
Product Guidelines:
  • Replacement or new installations qualify.
  • Limit two per member account.
  • Permanent installations only. No portable or window units.

Rebates Program Requirements and Information

  • Must be an MVEA member.
  • Rebate requests take 4-8 weeks to process and will reflect on your MVEA bill as a credit.
  • Rebates are for new product purchases only.
  • Applications must be submitted within 90 days of purchase date.
  • You must provide an itemized sales receipt showing the model number, proof of payment, and the breakout of equipment and labor if applicable.
  • Rebate program and products are subject to change at any time without notice.
