Planned Outage Information

To those members who received the Planned Outage notification beginning November 14, 2025, please refer to the detailed information below.

During our routine inspections, we found a critical piece of our infrastructure that needs replaced. Repairs are scheduled during this time of year and in the evening hours because this is the lowest energy use season. This approach ensures that the necessary work causes the least possible disruption to members.
We’re working to keep the outage as brief as possible, with multiple crews from both service centers as well as additional contractors making continuous repairs until all members are fully restored.
Power outages will begin in affected areas at approximately 10 pm and proceed overnight in staggered stages.
The current forecast shows temps well above freezing, making this the optimal time to make the repairs.
Completing these repairs proactively is preferable to prevent a prolonged interruption caused by an unplanned outage, which would cause a longer disruption time and greater impact to those affected.
