Photo Calendar Submission Guidelines & Requirements

  • Photos must have horizontal/landscape orientation.
  • Photos must be taken within MVEA’s service territory.
  • Only MVEA members, directors, employees, and their family members are eligible to participate in the photo calendar contest.
  • High-resolution digital entries are preferred. The minimum resolution required is 300 dpi. The resolution of digital photos printed on home printers is too low for commercial printing.
  • Photos will not be accepted without a completed entry form which can be found below. Submit a separate entry form for each photograph.
  • By entering the contest, photographers give MVEA permission to publish images from the photo contest calendar, in Colorado Country Life magazine, print and digital publications, on social media, and MVEA’s website.
