We understand members have been called recently by someone claiming to be from Mountain View Electric Association and demanding payment immediately or their electric service would be disconnected. A Mountain View employee will always have identification, wear a uniform, and be in a truck with a Mountain View logo. Disconnects would only happen during business hours, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m..
