Mountain View Electric Association Names Jaclyn Parmer Vice President of Finance
Falcon, CO, February 19, 2026 – Mountain View Electric Association is pleased to announce the promotion of Jaclyn Parmer to Vice President of Finance. A long-tenured member of the MVEA team, Parmer brings more than two decades of co-op experience and a deep commitment to financial stewardship on behalf of the co-op’s members.
Parmer has spent her entire professional career in MVEA’s Accounting Department, most recently serving as Controller/Accounting Supervisor since 2014. In that role, she directed and coordinated all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, capital credits, audit preparation, and regulatory compliance. Her work has been instrumental in maintaining the co-op’s strong financial position and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
Throughout her career, Parmer has developed a deep understanding of how MVEA’s departments collaborate to deliver safe, reliable, and affordable service to members. She credits the mentors and leaders she has worked alongside during her tenure for helping shape her leadership approach and preparing her for executive leadership.
As Vice President of Finance, Parmer’s top priority will be ensuring MVEA’s financial practices follow the cooperative’s mission saying, “Financial transparency and stewardship means treating every dollar as if it came directly from a member’s pocket. Our goal is to support reliability, affordability, and the long-term strength of the cooperative.”
