Grassroots is simply about members using their voices together.

MVEA’s Grassroots Network is a group of members who want to stay informed and help speak up on issues that impact electric cooperatives and the communities we serve. When members come together, our shared voice is stronger and more effective.

As a member-owned electric cooperative, MVEA has a responsibility to keep open lines of communication with elected officials and decision makers. Grassroots helps ensure they understand how policies and legislation affect local co-ops, reliable electricity, and the quality of life in our communities.

By joining the Grassroots Network, you are not committing to advocacy or political action. You are simply raising your hand to stay informed. When an issue arises that could impact MVEA or our members, we will reach out with clear information and easy ways to get involved if you choose.

Participation is always optional, and your voice matters.
