Construction crews are maintaining an impressive pace of more than 20 miles per week, which has allowed us to move the scheduled completion of initial installation up to the end of 2027. This momentum reflects the dedication of our crews and partners and is translating into real results for members across our service territory.

Those rates have been approved and Tri-State will be increasing their wholesale power rate by 7.5% beginning January 1, 2026. Because wholesale power represents about 62% of our operating expenses, this increase directly impacts the cooperative.
